انطلاقًا من رسالة معهد اليوبيل التابع لمؤسسة الملك الحسين في نشر ثقافة الإبداع والابتكار، وتوفير البيئة الحاضنة للمبدعين من كافة الدول العربية، وانسجامًا مع التوجهات العالمية الساعية لتطوير العملية التعليمية وتحسينها وتوجيه الطلبة نحو الإبداع والابتكار، يقدم المعهد بالتعاون مع الجمعية العربية للروبوت والذكاء الاصطناعي برنامجه الصيفي التفاعلي /عن بُعد، تحت عنوان "التميز العلمي" حيث يعرض النادي مجموعة مميزة من البرامج العلمية التي سيتم تقديمها وفق أفضل الأساليب والممارسات العالمية، وتركز على جوانب رئيسة؛ بهدف بناء قدرات المشاركين ومهاراتهم، ومن أهمها : مهارات تصميم التفكير، ومهارات التفكير الناقد، ومهارات حل المشكلة، والتواصل الفعّال، من خلال برامج علمية عملية مصممة بطريقة احترافية .

In line with the King Hussein Foundations mission, the Jubilee Institute continues to spread the culture of creativity, innovation to provide a hub for creators from all Arab countries to be up to date with global trends seeking to develop and improve the educational process and to direct students towards creativity and innovation. The Jubilee Institute, in collaboration with the Arab Robotics Association and Artificial Intelligence, presents its remote interactive summer program "Scientific Excellence" which offers a unique set of scientific programs that will be presented in accordance with the best global methods and practices, and focuses on important aspects; such as building participants capabilities and skills, the most important of which are: design, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills, through practical scientific programs designed professionally.
